RETURNS & DELIVERY

 

Acceptance of Delivery: The customer has 14 days after acceptance of the delivery to lodge any discrepancies or missing items in the delivery. After 14 days, no claim will be accepted.


Return of Purchased Goods: The Company will accept the return of all goods from the Customer for any reason deemed acceptable by the company providing notification by the customer to the company occurs within 30 days after delivery. Notification of any goods wanting to be returned between 30 and 60 days after delivery will be accepted only with a restocking fee. The restocking fee will be set at 20% of the purchase price. Any goods that are to be returned 60 Days after the delivery date will not be accepted unless otherwise agreed to by the State Manager of the company. Any goods returned after 90 days will not be accepted. Freight for all returned goods will be the responsibility of the customer.

For any returned goods to be accepted they must be in original sale condition with the original packaging, warranty card and any other paperwork which accompanied the product. If these criteria are not met then the returned goods will not be accepted. Please contact this company for the procedure when wanting to return goods.


Defects: The client shall inspect the goods on delivery or upon completion of the installation and shall within fourteen (14) days notify the Company of any alleged defect, shortage in quantity, damage or failure to comply with the description or quotation for the works performed. The client must give the company the opportunity to inspect the Goods within a reasonable time following delivery or installation if the client believes the Goods or installation are/is defective in any way. If the client shall fail to comply with these provisions, the goods shall be presumed to be free from any defect or damage. For defective goods, which the Company has agreed in writing that the client is entitled to reject, the Companies liability is limited to either (at the Companies discretion) replacing the Goods or repairing the Goods except where the Client has acquired Goods as a consumer within the meaning of the Trades Practices Act 1974 (CWIth) of the Fair Trading Act of the relevant state or territories of Australia, and is therefore also entitled to, at the consumers discretion either a refund of the purchase price of the Goods or repair of the Goods, or replacement of the goods. Goods will not be accepted for return other than in accordance with the above.
