QUALITY PROCEDURES - POLICY STATEMENT

LDU is a manufacturer and distributor of protection solutions for Lightning, Power, Data and Signal applications throughout Australia. In addition we offer a Consultancy service specialising in the above-mentioned areas.

LDU provides services to State and Local Government authorities, power authorities, resource and manufacturing companies and others.

Our objective is to supply solutions incorporating state of the art technology that fully meets the requirements of our customers.
In order to achieve this objective, we are establishing a Quality System in accordance with ISO9001. Further we encourage our staff to assist in the improvement of the Quality System.

This policy statement is issued to clearly state our attitude to quality in the supply and customer service process.
The Quality Manual will describe the capability of the Quality System to provide consistent and integrated control over our activities.

We fully support the Quality Manager and all staff at LDU in seeking to continuously improve service to our customers.
Further we expect all staff to support and willingly participate in this system.
